Homecoming week information:
The Parade will be on Thursday beginning at 2 pm at the Elementary School. Tiger Growl will be at 7:30 on Thursday night at the football field. Pregame begins Friday at 7 with the crowning of king and queen taking place at halftime.

There will be a girls weightlifting meeting on Monday, Oct. 1st at 2:45 in the gym classroom for any girl interested in weightlifting this year.
Mrs. Brown is our THS trophy high teacher this week. Thank you Mrs. Brown for going above and beyond for our students. Mrs. Brown was nominated by her students.
Homecoming week is in full swing here at THS. Yesterday stars from MTV roamed the halls. Teachers and students alike dressed as celebrities with costumes ranging from Britney Spears and the Spice Girls, to stars of the Jersey Shore.

Community Service Opportunity: There will be a THS Alumni Reunion on Saturday, September 29, from about 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Trenton Elementary cafeteria. If interested in serving please see Ms. Whitaker in guidance.

This week, students got to watch the Real Encounters Bike Tour as they performed stunts at THS.

In remembrance of the victims of 9/11, Lauren Roberts led the school in a moment of silence today, on the 17th anniversary of the attack. The moment of silence was followed by the THS Chorus (The Do-Re-Me-Cheri's) singing the Alma Mater.

Cross Country vs. Bell at 3:30

Varsity Football at Branford at 7:30.

Volleyball events played in Dixie County will be played at the new Dixie County Gym located at 17924 SE Hwy 19 in Cross City.
Seniors attended the Alachua County Career Fair today where they had the opportunity to talk to representatives from colleges throughout the nation.
