Get your carving tools out, because we have lots of pumpkin carving to do! From spooky to sweet, 5th graders started by selecting a theme, such as leaves, owls, or spiders. Students went outside and started scooping out the seeds and fibers. Once that part was completed, they went back inside their classroom to draw the outline before starting to cut. Their pumpkins were on display in the hallways for other students to see. Such a fun and learning experience! Great job 5th grade students!
