Mr. Raymond Robbins & Mrs.Rani Rhodes

Bell Elementary School Safety Patrol is a group of selected fifth graders who assist BES by monitoring students before school the school day. In order to be a member of Safety Patrol, students must maintain a certain grade point average and be a good role model for the other students. The climax of the year is the annual trip to Washington D.C. with other Safety Patrols from around the country.
